Attend our Annual General Meeting – with an address from Gordon O’Connor

UPDATE: our AGM will now include an address from Chief Government Whip, Minister of State, former Minister of National Defence and retired Brigadier General Gordon O’Connor!

Members of the Ottawa South Conservative Association are invited to our annual general meeting (AGM). The AGM is an annual meeting of members, where you will have the chance to learn more about OSCA’s activities of the last year and plan for this year while mingling with your local Conservatives.

We will also be electing OSCA’s 2012-2013 Board of Directors. Any member residing in Ottawa South who wishes to run for election to the Board of Directors is encouraged to submit a short bio on your background, your past activities with the party, and what you would like to do as a Director. Members will have a list of bios handed to them at the AGM. Please contact us.

Members will also be asked to approve the 2010 audited financial statements and 2011 unaudited financial statements.

This year’s AGM will take place on March 25, 2012, at the Greenboro Community Centre (363 Lorry Greenberg Drive). The doors will open for registration at 4:00pm with the AGM formally being called to order at 4:30pm.

***Please note that in order to attend this meeting you must have held a valid membership for a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the AGM date. If you are unsure of your membership status, please renew your membership today or call 1-866-808-8407 to confirm.

Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.

For more information or to volunteer your assistance for the AGM, please call (613) 733-4390 or email us.

This is an important annual meeting and we hope to see you there!
