Annual General Meeting and Delegate Selection Meeting (AGM & DSM)

OSCA’s Delegate Selection Meeting (DSM) will be held on March 10, 2011, in Elwood Hall at the Jim Durrell Arena (1265 Walkley Rd) and will be followed immediately by the OSCA Annual General Meeting (AGM). Doors will open at 6:00 pm for registration, with the DSM taking place from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and the AGM starting at 7:30 pm.

At the DSM, OSCA members will select our representatives to attend the 2011 Conservative Policy Convention which will take place in Ottawa from June 9 to 11, 2011. The convention promises to be an exciting one where you we will all have our say on important policy and constitutional considerations for the Party. There are limited numbers of representatives from each Riding Association across Canada although others may attend as observers. If you are interested in becoming an OSCA delegate, you may wish to contact us for more information.

At the AGM, members will have a chance to learn more about OSCA’s activities over the last year and plan for this year. We also will be electing OSCA’s 2011-2012 Board of Directors and members will be asked to approve the 2009 audited financial statements, the unaudited 2010 financials, hear a report from the current Board and approve our Auditor for the coming year. For more information or to volunteer your assistance for the Annual General Meeting, please contact us for more information.

Both of these events are important and we encourage you to attend.
